This website is a communication designed to inform the public about our legal services. Under applicable state bar rules, it qualifies as attorney advertising, and we provide the following disclosures accordingly.

Not legal advice.

The information on this site is for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice on any specific matter. Reading the site does not establish an attorney-client relationship, and you should not act on any information on this site without consulting a lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction.

No attorney-client relationship until engagement.

An attorney-client relationship with InjuredCrew is created only when you and our firm enter into a written engagement agreement. Until that occurs, information you share with us is not subject to the full protections of the attorney-client privilege, although we treat initial case-review communications with professional confidentiality.

Past results.

Any reference on this site to past case results, settlements, or verdicts is illustrative. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome in any future case. Every case involves unique facts, applicable law, venue, and other variables, and your case may produce different results.

Fee arrangements.

We typically represent clients on a contingency fee basis — no attorney's fee is owed unless there is a recovery on your behalf. The specific percentage and terms are set out in the written engagement agreement. Clients remain responsible for costs of litigation as specified in the engagement, although we typically advance those costs during the case.

Jurisdictional limitations.

InjuredCrew attorneys are licensed to practice law in specific jurisdictions. We handle maritime cases nationally through admission pro hac vice, association with local counsel, or direct bar admission as appropriate. Our willingness and ability to take a case depend on jurisdiction, licensing, conflicts of interest, case type, and other factors.

Testimonials and endorsements.

Any client statements, testimonials, or endorsements on this site describe past experiences and are not a guarantee or prediction about the outcome of any other case. Endorsements are not paid unless expressly disclosed.
